Coaching Conversations with Tim Hagen, where we teach leaders and managers how to coach their employees. This is the ideal podcast for leaders, managers, and aspiring leaders to improve their coaching and leadership skills to create a more positive coaching culture within their teams.
In 2025, we're doing weekly podcasts on various coaching topics and strategies that will rotate throughout the month, as opposed to 2024 where the weekly episodes featured a monthly theme. Coaching Conversations will continue to have four episodes per month and we're going to sprinkle in masterclasses, which will be lengthier, workshop-style formats.

Speaker 1:What does the human mind usually say when we're going to work? Boy, I've got a lot to do today. I've got to get right after that report. I've got to get that stack of papers done. We typically don't get up and say who am I going to go inspire today? How many times am I going to seek feedback today? It's typically not top of mind.

Let me share something that we did very interesting. We have a client that we actually got their voice and we converted all of our text messages. We cloned the voice using an AI tool and sent out a message asking people to do certain things with their customers out in the field, in the CEO's voice. Guess what just happened? It's no longer the outsider's program, is it? And we noticed a major shift. Customers even mentioned what's with your people. They're so engaging. They're saying thank you more. They dropped off gifts. Typically, there's a circle, and I typically think there's three circles. The inner circle is our job. The outer circle of the job is me. What am I getting out of this? Sadly, the outside layer, the one we typically don't think about immediately, is how do I impact others? What about others besides me? That's exactly what coaching nudges can do for you.
